Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly's for the most. HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT? I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn't apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I've told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your "Google Toolbar" for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don't starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information. So, hypothetically speaking; would I lose weight if I just stopped eating? You are more likely to lose consciousness. Daaaaadd! It's a serious question. Well, that was a serious answer! Most people that try to lose weight by not eating are unable to complete even the most miniscule of tasks because they have no energy and their bodies give out. Yeah, but I've heard of people just not eating for a few days and they lost weight. Of course you are going to lose weight, you aren't giving your body anything to gain any. But, most people don't understand that it takes a lot longer than a couple of days to start seeing weight loss that way. What do you mean? Wouldn't your body just suck up your fat like a vacuum? Not exactly. Your body will basically hold on to everything that it can for awhile, until it absolutely has to use it. So you basically starve yourself for nothing because you will eventually have to eat again so you don't die? Basically, yes and when you eat again, your body will hang on to that because it doesn't know when it will be fed again. So if you want to live, then starving yourself isn't the answer? Okay, seriously replay what you just said in your head. Daaaaad! I'm being serious! Why the sudden interest in starving yourself? It's not me dad, I heard mom talking to aunt Amber about her high school reunion. She said she would have to starve herself for a few days to get into the dress she wanted to wear. It just got me thinking about whether or not that would actually work. Maybe you should go and give her a serious talk about what would happen. The video will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know in starting a successful Workout Plan, to keep you motivated, and most importantly to achieve your GOALS! For example how many days should I workout? How long for? How many repetitions and sets should I perform? What time of the day is best to workout? What exercises should I perform to lose weight? How long should I rest in between each set? How hard should I push myself? When will I see results? How important is my food intake? All these questions will be answered in this video plus more nutritional and motivational tips as we work towards your goal in the next 8 weeks. I've called the 8-week challenge the 'Fit & Feminine' workout! Just like most of you, I want to be fit but still feminine looking at the same time (not too muscular eh!) There are 2 plans for you to choose from: a) 3-day Workout Plan b) 5-day Workout Plan Both workout plans are as below. Food cravings can be said to be an emotional state that force us to lose control and keep on eating and eating, frequently very unhealthy foods. But, what triggers them? Anxiety Eating has several starting points; it can be triggered by stress, emotional disorders, low self-esteem and other causes of psychological nature. You may be able to master enough the determination to lose weight, and you may be able find the best and most effective diet plan in the world, but when you fall under the grasp of anxiety, it can very difficult, if not impossible to carry your purposes through. These are the 3 secrets that will help you control your anxiety Secret #1: Be aware of what you eat How does this work? As the impulse to binge is unconscious, being aware of each moment, in other words, being able to focus your attention on everything that's happening to you, increases your POWER to control the compulsion to eat. Achieving this is not so hard, but it does require both time and dedication. These 3 steps will help you achieve your goal: 1) Forgive yourself To stop the negative cycle, it is very important that you forgive yourself. Binging -- Feeling Guilt -- Binging again. You must put an end to this negative emotional cycle! If you binge, don't blame yourself. Instead, simply say to yourself: "What's most important is that I start feeling better about myself. Learning to control my cravings will take time, but I'll be patient. I know that I will get better at it in time." 2) Keep a record of what you eat: Take a notebook and a pencil, and keep a Food Journal of everything you drink and eat during the day. Again, you must not judge your actions; for now, being honest with yourself and writing down everything you eat and drink is more important than resisting urges. If you binge, don't worry, enter it in your food log as well. If you do this exercise, I can assure you will start noticing changes. 3) FEEL what you eat: Relax and feel the taste of food, as well as all the sensations that it produces in your mouth. Feel the smells, and what you feel as you chew and swallow. Do this with one or several meals a day. Once you start putting these 3 steps into practice, you'll soon be able to notice a huge difference in your awareness level while you eat, which will give you greater POWER to control your anxiety. Secret #2: Build up your self-esteem, and learn to control your emotions. I know, this is not an easy path to walk down, but it is absolutely necessary if you want to eliminate most of the causes of anxiety binging. Surfing the Internet you will find lots of resources and information that can help you deal with this problem. My personal recommendation is one of the books I consider the best ever written on the subject: "Your Erroneous Zones" by Dr. Wayne Dyer. This great book can be very helpful to raise your self-esteem and to learn to gain control over your emotions. If you prefer listening to books rather than reading, there are audiobook versions of the book available here in YouTube Secret N#3: Work on your inner dialogue. The words you say to yourself play a huge role in determining what you think and how you feel. Not only that, the things you constantly repeat to yourself turn into beliefs, and in the end, they become part of your reality. If you have said to yourself repeatedly "I can't stop eating", "I gain weight very easily", "I have a weakness for sweets", etc., the fact that it is very difficult for you to control your anxiety should not come as a surprise. Start changing your inner dialogue, adding phrases such as: "I enjoy taking care of my body and my health." "I control my emotions better every day." "I respect my body and my health, so I handle my emotions to prevent them from An extra benefit you'll get from them is that they will fill you with energy and power. These were my 3 secrets to stop binge eating. I'm sure that if you start applying them to your everyday life, you will achieve the body of your dreams, without struggling against yourself with every diet you begin. Add or subtract based on your current goal. I hope my story inspires you. Like many of you all, I struggled to lose weight. I had tried 1000 diets but I couldn't seem to stay motivated. I always have been heavier than my peers but my weight continued to soar during high school and college. Summer 2012, I was 228 pounds! I decided to diet once more....At this time, I did not document my journey but with strict dieting and exercise, I got down to 200. Thanksgiving and Christmas through me off my journey and by January I was up to 207. January, I decided to make a lifestyle change instead of dieting.
