You are more likely to stick to your weight loss goals if you have a plan to stick to. Trying to lose weight without a plan is like trying to drive to a place you've never been without a map, GPS or any direction whatsoever. You need a plan! 3. Set realistic and attainable goals. Focus on short term goals rather than long term goals. If you want to lose 150 pounds you will be overwhelmed and likely discouraged if that's what you are always focusing on. However, if you focus on losing 4 to 5 pounds a month you will remain motivated because this is much more realistic and attainable. 4. Hire a personal trainer. If your budget allows, hire a personal trainer. A personal trainer will not only guide your work out sessions but he/she will be able to keep you on track and motivated. 5. Challenge yourself. A little competition can be good for you! Join a Spark Challenge for that extra push you need to meet your goals, as well as the support from others who are going after the same goal. 6. That is long breath exercise invented by Japanese guy whose name is Miki. Long breath exercise is a very innovative, efficient method to train core muscles by breathing hard and slowly. It’s very intense, but if you continue in a correct way, maybe you get sexy body like him. Here is how. First, cross your legs a bit. Close your anal very very tight. Put 90% of the body weight on the back foot. Lean backward in straight. Do not bend your back too much, otherwise you get back pain. Be straight. Inhale in 3 seconds, then exhale very hard and very slowly in 7 seconds. (demo) At the first 3 or 4 seconds, exhale almost all the air, then continue to exhale to empty the air. Use all the body muscles when you exhale. That’s the key to train inner muscles. This is ab breathing, which means that you breathe in from the ab, your ab becomes smaller. (demo to show ab) When you exhale, the ab becomes bigger. (demo) Repeat this 3 times, then go to the next step. Do the same exercise, but this time breathe in and out both from the ab. Exhale while bending and inhale when you go back to the dog position. Step 3: Do 20 counts of this exercise. # SMALL DOG TO PLANK POSE:- Step 1: Start with the downward dog position. Step 2: From the small position, you go on to stretching yourself into a plank pose. Bend as you exhale and inhale while in the plank pose. Repeat 10-20 times. # STANDING TO LEG RAISE POSE:- Step 1: Sand with your legs hip width distance apart. Raise your arms above your head. Step 2: Now touch your hands to the floor and raise the right leg up and back to the starting point. Step 3: Stand straight and raise your hands again to the ceiling. Repeat this 10-20 times. Step 4: Once done let your right leg be raised for a while and take the support of your hands while doing this. Repeat the same with the other side. Repeat this 10-20 times. # ABDOMINAL CHURNING:- Step 1: Lie down on your back and lift both the legs to the ceiling. Step 2: Start rotating your legs in a circular motion without bending the knees. As you exhale go down and inhale while legs go up. Step 3: Repeat for 10 times and relax in shavasana. After you are done with your core exercises lie down on the floor and push your right knee down to the left side with the help of your hand.
