Hey guys! Today I'm sharing with you the weight loss meal plan that I used to lose weight (40 Lbs)! I've created this meal plan for women based on what I ate daily to lose weight, and I've specifically used meals and recipes that I think a lot of people will like. These recipes are very simple, quick and easy to make - while still being healthy, filling and well balanced. This meal plan is based on 1400 calories (for an average woman to lose weight), but you can easily adapt this eating plan to suit your calorie needs - I'll show you at the end of the video how you can easily adapt it between 1200-1600 to 1800 calories to suit your personal calorie needs. Diet to lose weight. What I eat in a day , Carb cycling. Low Carb Diet. Burn Fats Fast | Calories Deficit, High Protein, Weight Loss, Food for losing fat, healthy food. healthy way to lose weight Hey guys. This is my current diet plan. Just started this carb cycling diet for over a week and i've lost about a kg. I'm pretty sure loads of it is just water weight since I cut down my carbs. I am still full of energy so i figured it is doing pretty well! Please remember I am very petite and 5'1 so I don't need to take in lots of calories to maintain my weight. To maintain my weight, I only need around 1550-1600 cal per day so I brought it down to around 1250-1300 per day now if I don't exercise. I still have two normal higher carbs days. Everyone is different and our body burn at a different rate so you would have to trail and error and see what is the calories intake to maintain your weight. I also increase my cal intake on the days i exercise! Also another reason why I count calories is because I don't want to be too under calories because then my body will burn off some of the muscles that I've built. I try really hard to built my muscles so I am not going to starve to just to lose some weight because that is counter intuitive. I am only on a 200-300 cal deficit, and for 5 days a week. If I add up my calories for the whole week, I am only approx 13% under at MOST which is a very small number. When I do intense exercises, or any exercises, I increase my calories intake. I am in no way starving myself and I will never do that. I only want to lose a bit of fats and you have to be in cal deficit to lose some fats. Counting calories can be such a sensitive subject but that is the best way for me to lose some weight without losing muscle mass and doing it in the healthy way. Also, the reason why I decided to lose some weight is because I've gained quite a bit of fats around my waist line. I've talked about this in my previous video. I've started doing hiit exercises. I want to get really defined abs for my summer holiday so that's the reason why i'm cutting too. I've been bulking for the last couple of months and now it's time to lose some fats. I'm going to be on this diet for another week and see how it goes. I am not looking to be super skinny because that's what i'm not looking for. Also another thing that I didn't mentioned in this video is that I cut off all the fats from the chicken and also I only used heart smart minced beef, basically the minced beef has got barely any fats. I only take lean meats when i'm cutting. Chicken thighs, scotch fillet, t-bone, lamb are a lot higher in fats, so higher calories. Try to choose lean meat! Cauliflower or any veg is a great way to have carbs because it is so low in calories. Per 100g of cooked cauliflower gives you only 33 Calories. Most vegetables are really low in calories so try to eat more vege and less processed food. The whole day of food macro was: 1250 cal 132g Protein 94g Carbs 45g Fats Nice apps to track your macro are My Fitness Pal or Cronometer. I'll also add the measurement of my food shortly. Age: May 05 1994 - Its 2014 - I Turned 20 this year :/ BYEBYE TEEN LIFE D: Weight: My weight Fluctuates every now and then, Mainly because I am a woman, and we do have weight fluctuations quite frequently, also my body *morph* type is prone to fluctuations. Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly's for the most. HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT? I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn't apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I've told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your "Google Toolbar" for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don't starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information. You have the liberty to eat almost six bananas and have up to four glasses of milk.You can even have the highly diluted,vegetable soup (tomatoes, onions, capsicum and garlic). #Day 5- Feast Day you can eat sprouts, tomatoes and cottage cheese (paneer). You could also eat chicken or soya chunks.you can have soup. Increase the intake of water #Day 6- Similar to Day 5 you can eat sprouts, cottage cheese, chicken, soya chunks and other vegetables. No tomatoes. and you can add a soup on this day too #Day 7 This day you can have fruit juice, a bowl of rice or half roti, and any vegetable that you want to eat. Important: It is imperative to Drink 12 to 15 glasses of water every day during the course of the diet. No fruit juices(other than day seven), tea, coffee or alcohol. You’d be right. That said, getting abs still remains rather elusive to many and certainly being able to maintain them year round is even harder. Not any more. In this video, I show you a 5 step plan for how to get a 6 pack that you can use to start getting your abs to show fast. Despite the fact that many are aware of the importance of proper nutrition when it comes to getting abs, it is still a mighty struggle to get them. It usually comes down to the methods those people are using to try and get them in the first place. Crash diet plans and temporary deprivation based tactics are not going to cut it long term if you want to get and keep your abs. Anything that forces you to feel as if you’re missing out or be deprived of what you really want is only going to be a temporary solution at best. As soon as you get tired of not having what you want, you’ll quickly give in and lose your ability to keep your hard earned abs. That said, the 5 step formula for getting a 6 pack starts with cutting out the obvious crap foods from your diet. You should know pretty quickly what these are. It’s the cakes, sweets, alcohol, fatty salad dressings, etc that just scream problems the minute you eat them. You know what they are and that means you know they should be gone, so do it. There’s never been a better time than now to start making the changes that are going to dramatically help you in your pursuit of your abs. Next step is to start eating more often. Yep, despite what keyboard scientists who read a few articles on google scholar want you to believe, there are far more important reasons to be eating more frequently throughout the day than whether or not this is maximally anabolic. I cover these for you in the video. Next up, you’re going to want to take another pass through that diet of yours. On this second time through, you’re going to want to remove the less obvious items that aren’t helping you as best they can to get your 6 pack abs. For me, I lay out three perfect examples. I thought these foods were healthy but I was only partially right. How they were being prepared was making all the difference in me seeing my abs consistently…or not. Moving on, you now want to eat more of the good foods you swapped in. This helps you to maintain and continue to build new muscle. Too often, people who take out the offending foods will free up many calories in their diet. If you don’t replace them with good foods you’ll likely wind up not supporting your muscle growth and be skinny without enough muscle mass. Finally, where the etching in of those abs can happen, supplementation. Use high quality supplements to fine tune your efforts and really take your results to the next level. Example of Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Avocado, Omega-3 (from fish) In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to: 1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free. 2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc. 3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables or fish. So no white bread, white rice, processed food and ready meals at all. 4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully. 5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day. 6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion. 7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track. 8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track. 9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress. 10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result. Indian food is all very balanced diet we have to remember to take more protein and no refined sugars or refined foods like mida, white rice or polished dals. You need to take more unpolished dals which have more protein and fiber, fiber binds the extra fat and carbohydrate in the diet and stress is away. So taking more fibrous food like Whole grains, whole legumes, pulses and fruits especially 3 to 4 varieties of fruits and vegetables especially salads. Indian spices are very good to start the day in the morning by taking one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder and the methi powder. All the day you can drink on your other spices like jeera Pani or ajvain water, then green tea is very good for increasing your metabolism. You have to take more fiber, water and cut of oil and spicy food. End your day with milk because it has essential amino acids which helps in good sleep. If you follow these principles you can see weight loss and healthy life style.
