Here are a few easy steps to help you lose weight. 1. Start Your Day with Lemon Water Lemon water is an excellent drink for weight loss. Lemon juice helps your body get the nutrients it needs to burn fat into energy and stop weight gain. Make sure to keep drinking lemon juice even after you lose weight, to keep your new weight. 2. Take Apple Cider Vinegar Because apple cider vinegar has acetic acid, it’s good for losing weight. Acetic acid stops body fat from building up. Apple cider vinegar also helps your body take in nutrients from the food you eat, treats digestive issues, and fights infections. 3. Replace Your Regular Tea/ Coffee with Green Tea Another good idea for weight loss is to drink green tea. It has a big range of antioxidants that help the body break down foods, and help in losing weight. The catechins in green tea are very good for burning fat, because they free fat from fat cells. They also fight free radicals and stop diseases. Switch your regular cup of tea or coffee with a cup of organic green tea. You can drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day. 4. Exercise If you really want to lose weight in a healthy way, there’s no way to escape from regular exercise and activity. Doing a mix of mild and hard physical activity will help you lose weight, and control your weight. Also, exercise helps lessen stress and raise your energy, mood, and sleep quality. It lowers the risk of chronic diseases like Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and some cancers. It’s best to set a certain time slot in your day for your exercise routine, so that you do not skip it because of the excuse that you don’t have enough time. 5. Eat a Healthy Diet A healthy and low calorie diet is a very important part of a good weight loss plan. Make sure to include fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet, instead of filling up on junk foods. Stay away from fried and fatty foods. Also, don’t take in too much sugar and salt. Look for healthier forms of your favorite foods. For example, eat homemade air- popped popcorn instead of high- calorie, oil- popped popcorn. Don’t eat things made with white flour like white bread, cookies, muffins, pizzas, hotdogs, burgers, pasta, and other foods like that. Choose whole grain and healthier forms of these foods. Their labels should say “100 percent whole grain”, not just “made with whole grains” or “multi- grain”. Eat more fiber and proteins, but less carbohydrates. Proteins will help you feel full for longer, and lessen cravings. Set aside one day a week for a cheat meal. Remember, it’s important not to eat too much. To get the most out of your cheat meal, eat it slowly and try to avoid disturbances while eating. Choose fresh fruit juice, instead of packaged fruit juices, which are full of sugar and preservatives. Use virgin coconut oil in your diet. It is easy to digest, good for your health, and also helps your body break down materials faster. Eat smaller meals, more often. 6. Drink Plenty of Water Drink a lot of water throughout the day to help your body wash out toxins. It is suggested to drink 8 to 10 glasses of fluids a day. Besides helping to clean out toxins, it makes the body burn fat faster. Also, eat more fruits and vegetables that are full of water. 7. Get Proper Sleep Getting proper sleep and relaxation is also very important for weight loss. In fact, not getting enough quality sleep affects your hunger and fullness hormones, negatively changes the way your body break down materials, and changes the way your genetics impact your body mass index (BMI). A lack of sleep makes you snack more late at night, makes you crave comfort foods, and leaves you too tired for regular physical exercise. It turns out you can lose weight while sleeping as long as you follow some secret tips that actually work. In case you were looking for a super easy weight loss technique – here it is. An American Journal of Clinical Nutrition study found that well-rested people burn 20% more calories after eating than those who don’t get enough sleep. Have a shake with about 30 grams of protein before heading to bed. That'll be enough for you to lose weight, all while catching some z’s. During deep sleep, our brain puts out a growth hormone. If you eat late at night, that growth hormone stores the food in your system as fat instead of fuel. And there you go, a few more inches around the waist that you never asked for. Consuming alcohol close to bedtime will make your body metabolize the alcohol during your sleep. This process will keep you from achieving a state of REM sleep, which is when your body burns the most calories at night. They say it’s even better to eat fruit for breakfast first thing in the morning because it strengthens your immune system and keeps infections at bay. If you want to be healthy and lose weight, you’ve got to give up the sour cream. The main problem is that it's way too high in fat! Change it up with some natural Greek yogurt. People want to know if burpees are the best exercise for getting the job done. Others want to know if battle ropes or even jump rope are better at burning calories and burning fat. While all of them are at the top of the list for the most calories burned on a minute per minute basis, they still are not the best way to lose five pounds of body fat the fastest. In this video, I show you how you can never outtrain a bad diet. If you refuse to pay attention to the quality of your nutrition and the foods you put in your mouth you are never going to have the low levels of body fat that you desire long term. Sure, anyone can follow a short term diet that allows them to lose fat for a few weeks however if you can’t keep it up then you will never be satisfied with your body fat levels over the course of the year. Mistakenly, people look to exercises as the best way to drop body fat. While you definitely need to train, achieving fat loss is and always will be better accomplished via the right nutrition plan. This goes back to the comment about never being able to outtrain a bad diet. You simply cannot make up enough calorie burn via exercise (even the most intense) to overcome bad food choices. For instance, our very own Jesse is a big sugar fanatic and a worshiper of gummy bears. Just 17 measly gummy bears has 150 calories. Even if Jesse were to do 10 minutes straight of high effort high intensity burpees, he would only burn 120 calories and he would lose that battle with a net calorie gain of 30. Now Jesse, being a hardgainer, is not concerned at the moment with his body fat levels. He was the only one wiling to do the burpees while I talked during the video being the good sport that he is. If you are looking to burn 5 lbs of fat however, you need to be sure that you are paying attention to what really matters. Your nutrition will always be at the top of the priority list for getting that job done. Now, does that mean that conditioning exercises like burpees, jump rope, battle ropes and split squat jumps don’t have a place in your workout program if you need to lose fat? Not at all. In fact, with a good nutrition approach in place these exercises become even more effective since they compliment the losses that you are already making because of your improved diet. Not just that, each of these exercises helps to improve your stamina, work capacity, endurance, power endurance and your heart. Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly's for the most. HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT? I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn't apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I've told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your "Google Toolbar" for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don't starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information.
