If you stick to these ten tips to lose body fat and reduce your body fat, you will see progress. The secret to losing body fat and reducing your weight is sticking to a diet. This video will give you ten ideas on how to stick to your diet and achieve results. Body fat - everyone either has tried to lose it, is in the process of losing it, or lost it and unfortunately found it again. Are you attempting to slim down to get your fine ass even finer? Aaron Marino of alpha m. is giving ten fat loss tips to lose body fat, and stick to a diet. If you want someone to blow smoke up your ass, Alpha isn't doing it! Only 10% of fat loss has to do with exercise. 90% is the diet, and it's the tough part. Diet is something you have to pay attention to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1. Diet plan - You need to prepare and have a plan that is thought out and structured. 2. Preparation - Prepare meals ahead of time in mass quantity so your diet doesn't get sabotaged. 3. Get rid of the crappy food in your house - if the stuff isn't there, you're not going to eat it. 4. Limit the amount you eat out - if you aren't aware of the food preparation process, you aren't aware of the added fat, preservatives, and salt added. If you do eat out, decide online what you want before you go and don't even open the menu when you're at the restaurant. 5. Drink a minimum of 2 to 3 liters of water a day - you can flavor with lemon 6. Don't live-and-die by the number on the scale - fluctuations will happen but a consistency downward direction is necessary. Weigh once to twice a week. 7. Think of it as a lifestyle change and modification - this is not short term! It's changing your habits. 8. Don't focus on the calories you're consuming - focus on the quality calories you are consuming. 9. Give yourself the freedom to cheat 'every once-in-awhile' - indulge once or twice a week. Indulge doesn't mean going nuts and freakin' crazy. 10. If you fall off the weight-loss horse, dust yourself off and get back on - the successful people don't beat themselves off. It's hard but you're the only one that matters. You may fall off 27 freakin' times, but it only takes 1 time to ride that puppy into the sunset. You just need to give yourself permission to succeed. Alpha recommends Garcina Cambogia. He uses it to keep his blood sugar level and to control his cravings (especially for breads). Remember, you can set anything you set your mind to. The only thing standing in your way is YOU. How Not to Sabotage Your Diet Success 1. Prior planning and preparation of meals is critical and key to diet success 2. Cook your meals in advance and have them ready in the fridge 3. Don't have 'just one' because when have you had 'just one'? Don't have that 1st taste! 4. Don't worry about throwing-out food that you paid for - get the crap out of your house 5. Nobody (not even your mamma) cares what you eat! So don't think you have to be polite if someone has cooked a meal. You can be selective and/or practice portion control. Eat before you go and drink water to fill you up. 6. When eating out at a restaurant, know what you're ordering before you get there and don't even open the menu. 7. A cheat meal is OK, but not a cheat 'day'! It takes 3 - 5 days to get your body cranking, and when you throw in a super bad day of bad food selections, your body has to pick up steam again. A cheat meal doesn't have the same effect. 8. Fluctuation on the scale happens to all of us - if Alpha eats a meal that he's not used to, he can gain 5 pounds via water retention. Further, alcohol screws everything up further because your body handles it differently than regular food. 9. Don't blame your age for weight. Yes, your metabolism will give you the finger when you get older, BUT you can still succeed. Just figure out that formula. 10. Don't start tomorrow!? Start TODAY! If you stuck to your diet when you started the 1st time, where would you be today!?

There are so many diet tips in your face all the time it's so hard to know what's true and what's false. So in today's video I'm going to go over you the 5 diet tips that you should avoid and never do becuase some of these will actually make you fatter. Let's start with the very first one you never skip breakfast. You're told to never skip breakfast because breakfast is what "breaks the fast" and kick-starts your metabolism. The theory is that when you sleep your metabolism is in a slower state and in order to speed it up you have to have breakfast. Now its definitely true that your metabolism is in a slower since State when you sleep but as soon as you wake up you're going to start burning more calories just by being up and about. Skeptics still believe that you have to eat something to speed up your metabolism. Maybe this comes from the idea that digestion increases metabolism however the problem with this is that every time you digest your also taking calories in so even though you're burning calories digesting you're still taking in more than your burning. Some people also believe that breakfast helps stimulate your brain however it seems that skipping breakfast can help you avoid that midday crash and can help you avoid feeling lethargic all day. If you skip breakfast you're just going to be cutting some calories out of your diet and that's only going to help you burn more fat. Unless of course you're one of those people that will over eat later in the day because you skip breakfast. The bottom line is that breakfast is not mandatory. Studies back this up to. A study done in 2014 compared overweight adults that skipped breakfast and some that had breakfast. After 16 weeks there was no difference between the two groups. The next myth is that the only way to lose weight is to cut back on carbohydrates. The truth is that carbs come from all different sources and these different sources have different effects on your body. You can a hundred percent lose weight eating a complex carbohydrate diet. In fact Steve Reeves one of the original bodybuilders had a diet of close to 60% carbs and he was obviously in great shape. Carbs are not the enemy. Next we have the idea that eating after 6 or eating at night in general will make you fat. There is no time of the day where you're going to get fatter eating the same amount of calories that you would have eaten at a different time of the day. A lot of time people pig out at night which makes them fatter. I promise you you can go whole day without eating anything and just eat one big healthy meal at night and you'll lose weight. Watch out for the high calorie treats that you're having at night rather than restricting yourself from eating at night in general. Because again there are no special times of the day where your calories don't count and other times of the day where your calories count extra. This is a myth that is widespread and it's got to stop. The next myth is that fasting will make you lose muscle mass. This is funny because some studies suggest that intermittent fasting can actually help increase your muscle mass. It's also well known that fasting helps increase your testosterone. There was a study done in which participants ate the same amount of calories that they were used to except all in one big meal at night. These people actually lost body fat and had a modest increase in their muscle mass. Now I definitely believe it's going to be hard 4 a bodybuilder to eat enough food in one meal to increase muscle mass. they're probably going to have to eat more meals throughout the day to get in enough calories. However for most people that are just trying to gain some muscle fasting is a totally fine option. Another fasting myth is that your body will enter into a starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down. This is completely untrue. Your metabolism will slow down when you're in a calorie deficit no matter how many meals you eat.

(dg catatan pastikan kalori defisit cukup mengurangi 500kalori dari kalori kebutuhan, please jangan extreme krn udah puasa seharian jadi kebutuhan GIZI TETEP UTAMA YA INGET ORGAN TUBUH PERLU MAKANAN) ini target minimal 5 kg sebulan mungkin banget dicapai (bisa juga lebih kalau plus olahraga and cleanfood) , tanpa effect yoyo dan tanpa lemah lesu jalaninya, lalu gimana yg tergetnya baikin BB ?
