This is exactly how you should eat after losing weight. I did every type of diet out there . They all ( most of them ) WORKED ! Saddest thing about fad diets is that they do WORK! I lost weight . With my recent GM diet I lost around 5kg in 7 days . But that’s not the point . After each diet I never knew how to eat healthy . So I gained weight back 😑 then o started watching ppl who a lost weight . What their days be like . yeah I think now I kinda get how to eat RIGHT ! 😌😇

Those meals all look so delicious! My favorite thing was that you allowed yourself a small dessert. I think this is so key. (At least it was to me when I was losing weight). I totally agree with you - if we don't deprive ourselves completely of something we love, it makes it so much easier to make good healthy choices the rest of the time. Thank you for the video! :-D
Hello, I am just under 2 weeks into this and LOVE it. I have already lost just over 3.5kg and it has been the easiest thing to do. Look at the method I followed here:

Bianca A I don't know how you count these in UK or USA but that is the best way to stay healthy. If you are hungry eat a lot of vegetables that are filled with small amount of calories. It will fill your stomach for many months.
But calorie intake under 1200 is not normal for any average sized women. The only time when eating a very low-carb diet is safe is when they are obese. Eating less calories is very harmful for one's body. There is a belief that healthy eating means one is taking care of themselves, which is true, but they are not when they are feeding the body less than what they need. I love her as a YouTuber, but she is not sending the right message to her subscribers. This could be from simple ignorance, which is understandable because many do not know the harm it can cause.
