Lose Weight while you SLEEP ~ Listen Every Night
Welcome to Dauchsy’s Manifest series. This meditation will reprogram your mind to help you lose weight, all while you go to sleep. Your subconscious mind is most comfortable and open to suggestion when you are unconscious in a sleeping state. You may be asleep, but your subconscious is busy at work. By speaking with the subconscious mind as you sleep, you will be creating positive habits and routines that will make it effortless to reach your ideal weight. Because reaching a healthy weight and lifestyle is not about always staying motivated and willing yourself to lose weight, it’s about retraining your mind by creating positive eating habits and learning the techniques to control your hunger stimulus. You may be skeptical if you can really lose weight just by listening to this audio, and I can only tell you from my personal experience, but since using these techniques myself, I have gone from 210 lbs to 170 lbs. Losing 40 lbs feeling as if the process was effortless.

Listened to this once about 2 weeks ago. I visualized a 60 cm waist (started from 75 cm) and I’m down to 70 cm now. I’m just not that hungry anymore. I go for long walks while I listen to Abraham Hicks (fun and FUNNY) every day. LOA is the gentlest, easiest way to lose weight. I love this!
I used to go to the gym a lot but I got so sore and tired and stressed. This is a lot nicer.
Wow this works! After listening to this video at 2am in the morning until 3:45, I few hours after (when I wake up) around 11:30 I check my weight and I lost 3 pounds! Going to continue listening until I lose another 10 pounds. I currently gained a bit of weight because I became "food comfortable" and now I am more motivated to change my eating habits. I also notice my hourglass shape to be more prominent and has more definition than the day before. I was very bloated and I had a big tummy, I wake up with a flat, more define hourglass. I hope this works for many people out there wanting to have nice and toned bodies!

Ok so normally I think this kinda thing is BS.....but I've been using this for 3 nights now and have lost 5 lbs. I find myself not snacking, and only really eating when I'm hungry. I also find myself choosing healthier options and I'm not craving the things I crave all the time.
I think its fair to say that this is working for me.
Most of the time is about rest if u dont rest properly u are more easlily stressed or a bit more lazy than usual this leads u to crave 'bad' food :) so if this video help people sleep and get you rested thus leads you to eat healther. You won :)

Day 4 - Didn't get to document day 3, left in a rush. However its Day 4 and I am down a total of 4.6 lbs, in my book 5 lbs in total. I will keep this going for the next 26 days. My goal was to be at 6 lbs; however I ate a little reckless last night, but I am back on track.
I literally tried this last night just for the hell of it and listen to like an hour of it then I ended up falling asleep which he said is fine because my subconscious will keep listening even though my body is asleep I woke up so f****** hungry this morning I swear to God I just want to Jack In The Box and had like 10 tacos and a coffee I s*** you not I am not joking I was famished when I woke up so this might be a good one for people who need to gain weight but definitely not for people that need to lose weight LOL
I was I was skeptical. I am a chocolate addict. I only listened three nites because the ear plugs were uncomfortable. I usually fell asleep within ten minutes. Although this was for a brief period my chocolate cravings disappeared. Whereas before I would eat an entire sleeve of Oreo cookies I could now have just one!!!! It has been a month and I have lost five pounds and kept it off. Here's something weird. I'm a heavy duty nail biter. All the way down to the skin Terrible! A couple of weeks after listening to the tape, I realized my nails were growing. I just stopped with no conscious thought of stopping. I can only think the hypnosis tape is responsible. Tonite i will start listening again
Listened to this for the first time. I fell asleep after a couple of mins and had a weird dream where my soul got separated from my body LOL anyone else gets weird dreams on their first time with this? Hahahah
BEWARE! Some twat thought it would be a good idea for a (load) advert to be played during this...woke up with such a start it took me over an hour to get back to sleep. Won't be listening to this agai!

I started listening to this yesterday night and when I woke up this morning I had more energy than ever. I also stopped snacking out of boredom and ate only when I truly felt hungry. I also upped my water intake and I didn’t crave for unhealthy food. I will continue to try this for the rest of this month and see.
Edit: Week 1 - down 1 lb from 181 to 180. Will update weekly to see
