I actually saw this article that's very similar, it's called the 2 week diet?? It gives you like all the information that you need, like what foods to eat and what exercises to do to lose fat. Here's the page if y'all wanna check it out.
Very true about taste bids... I always tell my clients about it and also tell them, "your MIND controls your whole body. Our thoughts needs to change first in order to start a diet or a lifestyle. We need to have control over that mind of ours." 😉😊. That mind affects the whole body.

Just to confirm, you only drunk your fruit smoothie & Veggie Smoothie & Lemon & Can.Pepper all day for 2 days and for the remaining 5 days... What did you do for breakfast? Lunch? & Dinner. Trying to loose 40lbs. Includes cardio.

You supposed to weigh yourself In your birthday suit....bare minimum, panties and bra, if u can't go commando.....with your. bathrobe and pajamas on, probably put on 6 lbs easy😎no offense but a chick like you supposed to be at least 155 lbs......
Yes girl...fasting is a great way and I love that you are doong it in a much healthier way instead of drinking water only for two days or something crazy. I cannot do that 😬but this just gave me a better way to do it that won't kill me so thank you for the video 👏 and my new found motivation 😘

Omg! 8 years ago I used the method of food combining and followed Harvey and Marilyn Diamond's method and I lost 38 lbs. Now that I am getting older and moved to a different climate it's hard to lose weight for me. Your video is a motivation for me

Last time I saw 152 pounds, I was 16 years old lol. I gained 60 extra pounds in muscle. Im thick and Im solid. U look good sis, no weight loss needed. Also, you are even more beautiful natural over the makeup. Imperfections of the skin brings out who u really r and who u really are is the most beautiful Goddess. Thanks for the vid though. My thick self may try this.
