6 Effective Exercises for Women to Lose Weight

We’ve put together a quick workout that will help you lose extra weight, get a flat belly, and stay fit. These effective fat-burning exercises will save you from possible future health problems. A sedentary lifestyle, constant stress, and a less than perfect diet: none of this does your body any good. Burpees, squats, plank, dumbbell push, bridge and Y to T raises are there to help you. If you’re really looking for a way to improve your health, you need to exercise at 80% of your maximum heart rate for at least 30 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week. Don’t underestimate the power of walking either. Yoga can also change your whole perspective on life, body, and mind. TIMESTAMPS Burpees 0:27 Squats 2:00 Plank 3:45 Dumbbell push 4:54 Bridge 6:26 Y to T raises 7:59 Bonus: helpful advice 9:47 SUMMARY -Lower your body into a squat and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Then, kick your feet back behind you so that you end up in a push-up position. Once you’ve done that, bring your feet back under you into a squat, and jump up as high as you can. -Bend your knees and sit back, kind of like you're sitting in an imaginary chair. As you’re doing that, extend your arms straight out in front of you to help keep your balance. -Get down on the floor, place your hands directly under your shoulders, plant your toes firmly on the ground, and squeeze those glutes to stabilize your body. -Lift the dumbbells over your head until your elbows are locked. From this position, lower the dumbbells out the sides at shoulder-level and then, lift them up again. -Lean your torso slightly forward and bend your knees a bit. Then, raise your arms up so that your body forms the letter Y. From this position, lower your arms out to the sides and make the letter T. -Make an elliptical your new best friend if you want to have a toned and gorgeous body. Remember walking is the simplest, most affordable exercise anyone can do. And finally, start doing yoga. Helpful video (Did not actually get up to perform them though lol) As much as we would like to exercise to not only look but feel great, I think its important to watch what we put into our bodies as well. Hello guy's.... I'm a 20 year old girl... I am trying to lose weight since years now... I'm obese since childhood... I usually don't eat junk and workout regularly.. Then too I'm not able to lose weight.. My current weight is 82.5 kgs... I don't know what is wrong with me... I eat clean and my calorie intake is 1000---1200 per day.. I also hired a fitness consultant but that did not work as well

Pinky I started the keto lifestyle and 16/8 intermittent fasting where I only eat between 12p-8p. Check out some keto diet videos on here, Dr berg is a great person to break it down for beginners. Find some who are doing the keto lifestyle that show what they eat in a day like Keila Keto, Keto Connect, Katherine Michelle, Thrifting ThickChick, and several others. If you can stomach apple cider vinager mix it with 8 oz warm water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinager, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons lemon juice first thing in the morning. Check out the videos talking about black seed oil, it taste nasty but it helps the mid section and other stuff dealing with health. Finally, drink grean tea...I order teami tea online like from amazon. Ut the have their own website. So far I'm from 247 lbs down to 219 lbs. You can do whatever you put your mind to. I struggled with the american diet like you but this lifestyle on eating and fasting is making me lose the stubborn weight I have.
