I kind of do something silly, writing positive notes, and sometimes put sticky notes on my fridge, and in my pantry, like "this food makes me happy, although I sometimes think at first it does not", &"this food makes me very unhappy, although it may seem like a quick, delicious choice, go to the quick, delicious alternative", silly things like that
I learned making sure to have a full meal and a tall glass of water, 3 times a day, including a good amount of protein, that makes me less peckish for snacks, when I am tired, I try to make cooking easy on me, but I go for comfort foods again that are junk foods I can microwave, so I have been trying to change that more, difficult, but trying, if anything, I try to have oatmeal instead, while makingna real meal

I drink lemon water. It’s 2 cups of water, and 1 cup lemon juice. Not everyone likes so much lemon juice, but the point is lemon juice is great for boosting metabolism, and the water is great for you (obviously :p)
I’m a gamer, and I need to lose weight. I just started today. Every time I die, I would do a 1 minute of weight lifting and another 2 minutes of treadmill. It’s not a challenge. I don’t force myself. And i did cut my time of playing games. A lot!.

Cardio is my least favorite of all, I just run because I know everything should be evened out I guess lolol plus it's good for my heart. You know it's real when I'd rather do my entire stair stepper lower body routine + stair stepper sprints than just run on the treadmill lololol. I found a place in my heart for ropes + band loops too haha- bt cardio always feels forced
Hey :) I'm doing sports every day since one year, not eating to much (breakfast and dinner) , healthy and no sugar since 2 weeks but it's not working or let's say really slow. I just think everyday: Why can't every food be healthy? Why do I gain weight when I eated less and really healthy and doing sports? Everytime I'm seeing my scales I'm really Depressed but since I'm doing your sport videos everyday and listen to your motivation videos etc i'm feeling better...so thank you very much :)
i just started dieting i cut pop out out but ill get like drink some every now and then im going to start green smoothies to make sure i get my veggies and 5 out of 7 days ill be exercising i drink quite a bit of water im actually already notice a different in my legs

I never really drank milk growing up and I grew to be 5'9 real fast. A large part of height is just going to come from eating properly and your genetics. The white rice is definitely a problem for me as well, though.
