I’m going into the Navy next summer and I need to weigh at the most 201, a couple weeks ago I weighed 235, stopped drinking everything besides water, started swimming and moderately walking/biking, and cut off 700 calories a day, so far I’ve lost 13lbs and I’m hoping to lose another 30, that would be great.
Losing weight doesn't depend on how much calories you consume per day but based on what type of calorie you consume. There are types of calories that are hard to be broken down but there are other types that can even help boost your metabolism.

i was lost like you and other commentators here was alcoholic cursed alot video game addict full of anger couldnt control myself 2 much was addicted to cigars was smoking pot and one day when i was 20 i read a book of revelation the last book in Bible and i had a dream where i was hugged by Jesus and all was shiny white around me best dream i ever head felt so happy but i continued with my life and was just growing in my addictions endless đagic circle and ome day when i smoked my last ciggar then i said mom dad i quit smoking and later that same day Holy Spirit convicted me of my sin amd i repented of my sins and put my faith and trust in Christ alone(being born again spiritually new heart). Christ came into my heart and Holy Spirit started to cleansing me. Burden of my sins was just taken away what a relief praise God. I got new heart spiritually heart of flesh- to walk with the Lord Jesus trough the power of His Holy Spirit. And you like many others have heart of stone rebelious heart want to go your own way. But only Jesus Christ can give you new life and new heart. I encourage you to read New Testament would suggest you start reading book of John. And when conviciton from the Holy Spirit comes repent and put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work on cross.
I’m 13, 1 month ago I was 5”9 215 pounds, and now I am 5”11 187 pounds, I thought it was so hard to lose weight, but then I realized that it is so much easier than people make it seem, just eat less exercise more thats it
John calculated but it would not let me put in 5 7 for height , only 5' 9 it came up 1900 calories or so , i think that I shouldn't be eating that much calories for weight loss , I'll surf the net for a similar calculator , thanks tho :)

I need to loose weight. My eating habits are above normal. I read about things that will curb my appetite and exercise. After watching this video. The best answer was appetite suppressors, so I took up cigarettes and doing great. I eat oatmeal and bananas along with 3 packs a day. Thanks you for letting me know, everyone has to figure it out on their own. 8 days I'm down 3lbs. Wahoo! I'm on my way. Thanks again.
I love how people always say, "Eat whatever you want as long as you exercise." Without realizing that exercising by itself burns off very little calories. You got to eat less. Thats like the easiest way than running a mile for every 100 calories you overate. (Yeah I looked it up.)

I’ve gotten my stats from the website and it says my maintenance calories is 1,856, and my bmr is 1,547. Subtracting 500 from my maintenance would be less than my bmr so should i just be eating 1,547 calories? and see how i go? I have been trying to do macros and I have a question regard the grams of protein. 3oz oc¿f chicken have 20grms of protein so if a need to eat 82 grams of protein on each of my 3 meals that mena sI have to have 12 oz of chicken on each meal to get the 82 grams of protein?
Because 12 oz is equal to 340 grams
It's telling me over 3000... I mean I get a foot long at Subway for lunch and make some grilled chichen n rice n veggies for dinner... I'm at like 1200-1300.. and that's my day...?? And I'm not starving or anything... Should I like make my self eat more? Or just enjoy faster results?
here's a few tips for fat reduction at home
Ensure you drink plenty of water - I suggest 8 cups per day.
Set a limit of chips candy sodas you have each day.
minimize eating between meals or have fruit or vegatables.
write dwon what you eat and refer back to it to see how you can cut down.

Ok first off. I just subscribed cause the tdee is a good starting point. But this isn't my first time losing weight. Everyone who sees this trust me it works. I lost 20-30 pounds in 2 months plus put on muscle. This man is speaking the truth. Now get out there and start your journey cause I know I'm going to do so!. Lately I've been keeping control of eating by paying attention to my hands. So when a person eats their body breaks down their food, then extracts the nutrients from the food and sends the nutrients in the blood to all the cells of the body. The blood of course circulates through the hands, and the hands are full of nerves (the hands are the body part most associated with touch.) When the blood becomes more full of food nutrients the pressure in the blood rises and one can feel it in the hands, like a tightening and hardening. It becomes an unpleasant feeling in the hands as one eats more and more, and thus is an incentive not to over-eat.
Also for about 11 years I've been living about 90% on fluid milk products, cow milk and cow cream.
For anyone who might be overweight, don't get discouraged by results shown on the TDEE calculator. Not everyone's body will have the same results. I'm around 270lbs with 30% body fat (which is technically obese), but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at me. It also says my ideal weight is 170 pounds. My ribs would be showing if i was that light. There is ALOT more that goes into factoring all of that than some chart. Take into consideration your family genes. I'm naturally bulky and my weight distributes fairly evenly. This doesnt mean I'm happy with my weight. I actually started off, at my heaviest, at 295lbs almost a year ago. It's definitely hard to lose weight, so don't expect instant results. My current goal is to weigh 250 pounds, but I would eventually like to even see the weight I was, at my peak fitness, of 215 lbs. But that is a long way off.
