hey guys! I need help here. I followed this channel a hear ago and fortunately I was able to reach my goals. a year later I'm back fo where I was. I want to br fit and energetic again but every time I try to work out; I always feel tired affer 3 minutes. On the eating side, I'm back to nuritional food. I just need help on the work.

Let's talk about women here. I have paid to get a meal plan, but honestly it does not work good for me. To start with , it is only one week of meals, incredibly boring, repetitive and too much protein, which I do not seems to digest very well. So, what's the science around that???

I really like your videos, you are an inspiration. My nutrition is 100% vegan, low fat, no calory restriction and I am super fit without a lot of exercise, I recommend spinach and redbeet as superfoods for exercise ;)
I’ve gained so much weight recently and I feel so bad about myself😭 I’m definitely gonna try this out, the hardest part will be eating healthy hahaha I’ll update my results on here about once a week, my goal is to lose 15 pounds! Starting weight: 144 pounds.
Thank u for all the great workout videos. I been doing your workout 5 days a week now. I just started about 2 weeks ago. My body is pretty muscular from being in prison for 6 yrs. but after I got out, I got busy with work and stuff so I laid off for a bit but i started back. I’m at 78kg right now. I don’t have that much fat on my body except my stomach...how many times should I do this workout a day? Please let me know, thank you!
yo chris are u sure this will burn fat cus ive heard that core workouts dont help loose fat am not going against the workout ima doing it but i feel like most of.this workouts hit my abs more i do get tired tho
i'm only eating boiled egg and drinking soy milk then if i'm still hungry i'm eating some fruit like banana,apple and sometimes veggie broccoli,parsley and aloe vera because i want to burn more fat before i want to prepare my body in that stage of building muscle so in that case is it right what im doing if you can add some just tell me so i can do it right tnx

Chicken ( I don't like beef)
Or just regular bread
I never grew up with eating healthy because of family reasons, so me eating veggies or fruit make me gag. This year I forced myself to drink shakes that contained that in it since I wanted to be healthy but I'm not even sure if it's working.
