Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else trying to find out best exercise to lose fat fast try Ichordo Incredible Weight Fixer (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.
i'm only eating boiled egg and drinking soy milk then if i'm still hungry i'm eating some fruit like banana,apple and sometimes veggie broccoli,parsley and aloe vera because i want to burn more fat before i want to prepare my body in that stage of building muscle so in that case is it right what im doing if you can add some just tell me so i can do it right tnx

I never grew up with eating healthy because of family reasons, so me eating veggies or fruit make me gag. This year I forced myself to drink shakes that contained that in it since I wanted to be healthy but I'm not even sure if it's working.
For all of u, i’m 18, my routine of workout are lift weights the 5 days of the week and after that workout i do this hiit twice, am i ok to do this kínd of routine or i am overworking my body?

Hey guys I am 5"8', 84KGs. I want to have 6-packs and be lean and fit in a year. Right now I am potbellied and I don't feel good. I downloaded some home workout apps, should I follow them, or do this everyday?
This workout is still one of my favourites and it works very well.
I was wondering...could you do more HIIT like this, without gym equipment (like, without bars too) for the ones that work out at home?
Ive watched thenx for a little less than year now, have this video on a workout playlist I run about 2-3 times a week, and I fail to understand the concept of carb cycling as Chris explains it coupled with his idea that broccoli, asparagus, and spinach. I understand they're healthy foods packed with nutrition, but they don't really qualify as carbs in the sense they are not a dense source of quick or medium length burning fuels in the way grains and seeds or foods with higher sugar/starch are. Sufficient for a non-active person to get through the day maybe, but hardly workout fuel, let alone training to this level of intensity.
Like is training day a giant salad with chicken breast, next day small salad with chicken breast, third day just chicken breast? That makes no sense. Chris you're a beast but me thinks your body runs differently than mine.
When it comes to YouTube and fitness advice, there is a lot of telling, no showing. You guys are doing the extreme perfect opposite. Show, don't tell would still be amateur stuff for you. You show AND tell, quite detailed and in depth. That's how it should be and I am glad you are doing it. My training starts tomorrow, right after I stopped smoking and drinking alcohol and filled my fridge with greens and good stuff only. Thanks for motivating a guy at the end of his 20s who never reached even a quarter of his own potential to finally give a damn about his physique, discipline and mindset. I will make me proud!
As I have my ropes at another place right now, do you guys think 45 seconds of Jumping Jacks are an okay substitute for the first exercise? Talking as a total beginner, starting tomorrow, btw. Can't wait to scream for mercy to the ab gods!
Step 1: Quit smoking.
Step 2: Invest these loads of cash into greens, chicken breasts, rice and eggs.
Step 3: Doing this workout regiment like 3-4 times a week.
At least until I lost some weight and especially body fat. After that I think I should have gotten some nice core strength to actually delve into actual complete workouts. Sounds okay, guys?
I love everything you guys do and everything in this video EXCEPT that red meat is bad for you. It all depends on the person and many other factors. There has been a major misconception on red meat in this country. Also, of course, if and when you do eat red meat, make sure it is 100% organic grass fed beef. Grass fed beef is very beneficial to human beings. It has been show to heal and cure many auto immune diseases and skin disorders. Please do your own research of course. To add, I am not a health care professional but am very well read on the topic.
Hi, i have a question: a girl can do that exercise and don't get a big muscle? i mean, this exercise its just for fat burn for girls and boys or just for boys?

man that jump rope 45sec is nerve wrecking. either my rope is not good or i am really off with jump rope. the rope keeps catching in my foot making me have to alter the way i jump. did not think jumpin rope is supposed to be difficult. did it loads as a chiild.. anyone else having issues with this.
