Important question, if I do the “lose stubborn belly fat” video (which I mean workout) 2x then switch off to this and do this 2x is that bad, will affect my body differently, or is it a good way to get abs while burning fat and losing weight?
Just picked up a book, "Anatomy of Fitness: Navy Seals Elite Training" by Stephen Erle.
Phase 1 includes a 21 exercise interval workout. Phase 2 includes 7 sets with multiple exercises per set with skipping rope as your rest.
There are 4 Phases, each more intense than the previous.
This book is sic and I'm glad I bought it.
I will have to start with the ThenX HIIT routine just to prep for the Seals Phase 1 workout.

I've put this exercise in my routine and It shows some serious results.
I removed bicycles to begin with because I couldn't finish the entire workout
and I replace jump rope with Jumping Jacks or Knee Taps when I don't have access to a rope.
DON'T MAKE EXCUSES! ADD THIS TO YOUR ROUTINE!

I am 115 kg..i tried it man it destroyed my lower legs..i couldnt do lunges properly and burpees all other i was able to do..but these 2 are too tough for obese guy like me..any suggestion what alternate should i do for burpees and lunges..
