Just discovered this video and I'm sweating my booty off, but I loved it. Going to stick to this cardio workout on a daily plus with other workout toning videos. I'm currently 128 lbs 5'3ft... I was 100lbs before I got pregnant, my daughter is a year now and I still have 28lbs on me. SMH. Im skinny but have stubborn fat including my face ugh I hate it but I hope this helps. Thank you. ❤️💪

Miley Cyrus just a bit of food per day and a lot of water. I eat in the morning. When i'm hungry just I make workouts and i drink water. Is not that healty but i have 70 kilos at the moment, i had 77 last week. This really work.
Back lunge - 30 seconds
High knees: 30 second

I did it all... well nearly. This is a serious kick-your-butt workout! Rebecca-Louise is a beast!!! This workout really got me into shape. Granted I only did it everyday for 5 days but if you do this workout for a whole month, I bet it would really get you into shape! It's less than 10 minutes but worked me out harder than my usual 45 minute walk aerobics workout. This is worth it! Thank you so much Rebecca-Louise! You are amazing!!!!
idk why everytime I do squats I feel it in my knee and quad area but not my butt. I do them right I make sure my knees don't go in and I lean on my heels and I make sure my knees aren't passing my toes
The first time I did this workout. I almost fainted. Sweat like a pig resting on the chair with blurry vision lmao i'm healthy just a little anemic. After the rest all is well. Now few more exercises in I barely have difficulty in breathing doing this work out. Good job you. Hang in there and treat your body like a temple. love your body and celebrate it!
