Boleh je guna ikan lain yang kena dengan selera masing-masing. Ramai orang "clean eating" suka makan salmon sebab dia terbukti rendah kalori dan banyak nutrien.

Karbohidrat sumber tenaga yang paling utama. Kalau ikut piramid makanan, karbohidrat paling bawah sekali. Tak nak makan nasi putih, pilihan lain yang lebih sihat ialah beras perang, oat, dsb. Karbohidrat bukan punca kegemukkan. Punca kegemukkan adalah makan lebih dari hidangan harian yang disarankan. Protin kalau ambil lebih dari yang disarankan pun tidak elok.

my suggestion use yogurt instead of mayo, menu sihat kan? n for the pasta, fry the chili flakes together with the garlic. baru UMPH! good video!

Hey I love this video it's a good recipes for those who are health conscious or whoever is on diet like some of my friends including myself sometimes and as we know outside food is not that good because it's too oily, full with fats and too much sodium so this is a good food to eat + easy to prepare at home. It also show that diet doesn't mean you have to eat salad only you can have other things too like you just showed in this video. Keep up the good work and good job 👏
