Can you share a list of your favorite low fats carbs. I'm trying to get 250+ carbs with a low (60-ish) grams of fat budget and have resorted to cereal but I'm wondering if this optimal or even counter productive.

Boxing is very tough. I never knew how much skill over powers strength until I joined a boxing club. A 118lb kid beat my ass and I weighed 180lb. He got 3rd in the Jr olympics so I have no shame losing to him.
Let gooo Mike!! I'm starting a 6 week cut too! I've been at maintenance for about a month and a half after losing 30 pounds. I need to cut another 20 to get down into the 180s. I'm 5'11" so my ultimate goal weight is 160-175. So pumped to be able to follow your cut while I'm doing mine!
just finished a 12 week fatloss program. Man it was tough, I discovered I REALLY enjoy food lol. Lost 8lbs, 3" off stomach, 2" off hips, and 5% body fat. DIdn't workout as much as I should have due to laryngitis & bronchitis . Learning from every cut though.
id recommend grabbing the mini resistance bands doing 3 sets of 20 facepulls. i believe its very good for your rotator cufff health and posterior delt development. mostly rotator cuff but. just something that ive learnt giving advice to the person that gives me advice all the time haha keep up the work but.
