If it comes straight from the earth (vegetables, nuts, oats, melons, fruits, mushrooms) go for it. I heard if you drink straight up black coffee(no sugar or milk) hot or ice it will speed up you're metabolism and help with weight loss. I drink black ice coffee every day and I have shed some pounds.... No bull shit!!! Just keep on eating healthy and do excersize and you will see results.... Also green tea also helps too. You may not see it quickly but over time if you continue what you are doing (eating and excersizing) you will see results.... Please don't stop or quit!!!!!
